District 4 Developments has launched a new out-of-home campaign across Cairo to introduce D.Mile, its boutique smart residential compound in the Thawra Al Khadraa area on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road in Sheikh Zayed. Using a large-format billboard, the campaign highlights the project's contemporary identity while presenting it as part of a broader mixed-use destination.

The creative features a dramatic evening rendering of the development, showcasing its modern low-rise architecture alongside a distinctive illuminated centerpiece that serves as the campaign's visual anchor. Positioned prominently above the imagery, the "Launching Now" message reinforces the project's market debut, while the D.Mile branding remains central to the composition. Designed across seven acres, the development offers studios, apartments, and duplexes equipped with smart-home systems.
